Columbus Insurance wins ‘Intermediary of the Year’ at the International Travel Insurance Journal Awards 2008.

The ITIJ awards aim to recognise those companies that have achieved significant developments in products and services within the travel insurance industry in the last year. The internationally acclaimed event brought together industry leaders from across the globe to declare Columbus Insurance the best travel insurer.
The success in Budapest caps a great year for Columbus Insurance, following soon after it appeared at the top of almost all categories in Which? magazine Best Buys. A year which also saw the Columbus Insurance brand extending its product portfolio to offer home, motor and mortgage protection insurance in addition to various travel insurance products.
